I just now got to where the bezels would show up in your post. They look great! I still like the way my old waffle-weave plastic bezels look in Flat Black though.

Where are the pony emblems going to go? One above each tail light where the "EXPLORER" was on some trucks would look good.
Yeah i was on the track of keeping that paint from peeling, and to cover up the crap on the underside of the hood.

As for those bezels, I really like em! I like how the turn signals are alot bigger(im pretty blind) and condition, I couldn't ask for more.

And I'm not sure yet! Maybe on the front of the dash pad? Are you thinking of the regular beds, because I have a flareside.

Well to bad I am not currently in country. I have an NP435 sitting on a shelf at home that came off the back of a 351W that was in an old grain truck we had on the farm.

So it's been around 2 months since my last post here. But I didn't forget about you guys. Up until recently I haven't gotten really anything done. Between finishing my rotary phase converter, felling 12 old growth trees and cutting them up, and a bunch of other crap. BUT, my truck is at the bodyshop now. Drove it 8 miles to our shop and had zero problems, other than the low idle which made temps go high at a stoplight. But that was cured with a lead foot on the throttle. The manual tranny has yet to go in, not really concerned with that until I have some free time. But it's coming along well. I wasted a considerable amount of time just to take it over to the shop, still kicking myself over that. So yeah, I'm back guys!

Glad you are back! So, what's the phase converter for - 3 phase lathe or mill? My kinda guy. Sorry I didn't meet you when in Lancaster, BIH, or the outlets.

Don't worry about that Gary, there's always next time! And yes, a variety of things. I'm itching for a mill, just waiting for a deal close to me. I'd also like to get a bigger lathe from the 54" Atlas I got. Not to mention 3-phase motors are real cheap to buy, and I'd like to use them in some of my equipment that is soon to be built. I'll throw a pic up here soon too

Enclosures are ones I had kicking around, and controls I mostly got surplus for dirt cheap.

Thought you might know where that is. Just the other side of Sights and Sounds. Been there bunches of times, mostly going from Hockessin to the outlet malls as we tried to avoid 30 at all costs. But, we stopped there a few times for lunch, some times for antiques, and once or twice to ride the train.

So yet again, long time since y'all heard from me. Finally, the truck got painted yesterday. I believe our shop only sprayed the bed as of now, but it's in the spray booth, and ain't coming out till it's done. I'm heading over to the bodyshop to drop off cars for our dealership in 10 minutes, so I'll check it out and snap some pictures for y'all!

Pictures, please! I need to know what to look for at Carlisle next May/June - you will be there, won't you? I plan to be there with Dad's truck, and its just down the road from you. In fact, we'll be coming right through your area as we go there from Hockessin - assuming I still know the way.

So, are you game? I think Bill/85lebaront2 will be there. And, several others are talking about it as well.

Next May/June? Oh yes I'll be there! And if all goes correct, we'll have a convoy of Ford trucks going there, if we're able to meet up. Recently I got another Ford truck too. Ain't it funny how us people are? But anyway, it's a '01 F-350 crewcab 7.3L. Last of the good ones. I Outfitted it with rear airbags for towing, pillar mounted gauges, CB, TS 6 position chip, all ready for a car trailer. All this diesel stuff is messing with my head. I like torque. Yeah yeah I'll get on with the pictures, give me a minute.
