Heck what other job can they give you? Your already taking care of water, sewer, the rentals, the caretaker for the base. You mow the lawns, lock and unlock the gate. Repair the roof, and windows on the base buildings. Demolish buildings, sell away the good salvage. What more could they give you. Maybe they'll offer you the whole shebang at a discountedd price?

I'm just thinking out load here, but maybe sell me a couple shares in the LLC? I know we have talked about the fact that if I was a partner, I could do the Type I asbestos removal, and there would be no need for a specialty company coming in and charging big bucks to do it. They also are aware that I've been talking to others about buying them out.....

Had the first utrasound today, everything looks good so far. Little bugger is about the size of the last joint of the pinky but has the parts they're supposed to.
