Local escrow company, and no connection to the LLC. The crazy lady's ins co said they won't pay for anything until the LLC's ins co sues them, so we have no idea what will happen or when. The LLC is losing big though, because they are getting 0 rental income, but still have to pay on the note each month PLUS pay for the remodel. It will take more money off the Motor Pool building I'm getting tho........

Nope, no connection between the two. I've got another meeting with the LLC tomorrow to try and figure out what we're gonna do next...

In the last week I've gotten two of the people that were behind to pay up, but still have one that's behind 3 months. I gave him till the first of the month to get currant, or he gets a 30 day notice to evict. He says he will pay, we'll see......
The old management had the accounts all screwed up. Melody has gone through the last years payments, and straightened everything out so we are good to go now.

The renters are happy with us also. I've cured some problems up here that the other company has ignored for the last year, and did it all in the last week!
