Not good. I'm going to have to replace all the floor joists from the bath and replace with new. After we got all the sub-flooring stripped we found black mold in all the old forced air ducts, so they will all have to be replaced also...

The rot is just to bad to keep them. They will all have to be replaced.
Found out yesterday the escrow company has been taking the insurance money from the LLC, but hasn't paid the insurance co for the last YEAR AND A HALF! So now the insurance co is not going to pay for anything. Looks like the LLC will have to sue the escrow co. It just keeps getting worse and worse......

Nope, not suprised at all. I've told them all along that this was gonna be bad. I think this has been leaking for at least the last 3-4 years to cause this much damage. Oh well, just pays off more of my "new" Motor Pool building...............
