I really don't want to dismantle it, so we'll try loading the whole thing. I had a visit from two of the Port commissioners yesterday, and they want me to come to their monthly meeting Tue and talk about my plans for the base. We'll see just how that goes......
They did say that they liked what they were hearing, and want to hear more, but who knows...
It's a 7 member board and I get along just fine with 5 of them. The other two I have no use for because they are morons and have absolutely NO vision...And they know just what I think of them...........
They are claiming we will get up to around 51* today. Guess we'll see about that. With all of this sunshine it seems like it should get warmer....................
Supposed to be 57 here today, but the weather guessers are almost always wrong on the temp. Normally it's warmer than they say it will be. Go figure.........
It only got up to 54 here yesterday so I'm guessing they will be pretty close. Seemed like it was a lot warmer when I was "supervising" dad down at the horse barn yesterday afternoon.
Should be around 53 today, and 50 tomorrow. But rain moving in tonight. That should take care of the last of the snow.
Snow? Whats that?.................

Absolutely not! That is why I was "supervising". The warden lets me go to the farm, but I can only sit, stand or watch. Dad just turned 88 on the 5th so about all I can do at the moment is try to keep him from doing too much. Got my sister and brother-in-law convinced to come down off the mountain and move about 40 sacks of oats and some 3 string hay bales today. In addition to everything else, we are having quite a problem with dimentia with both my mother and my MIL. MIL is to the point that we are going to have to get someone to move in with her or move her in with us real soon.
