Then I see we're on the same page! I can't wait to get back to work on my 67. Been an entire year since I've been able to touch it, with the house sale, and moving, and all that over the last year.

Morning Marv! Jim, glad to hear things came out okay, then. I should be pretty much good to go by April. Been taking it easy, since I didn't last scope I had on this knee in July, and screwed it up again.

I just took a quick look and so far I see 8, 4"X12" beams 18-20 feet long, and one beam 6"X14" 35+ feet long. I haven't even crawled upstairs yet...

Evening Dave. The last two days we had snow, freezing rain, sleet, rain, and heavy winds. Today it was 62 and sunny. Welcome to Eastern Oregon weather..........
They hired us to make this system work, and get back in the black. Can't do that if the renters won't pay. There are very few rentals around here. I can find people that will pay their bills.
