The gal from the state put the air monitors in last night. As long as they are clean this morning it will pass. They found a ton of hidden troximite in the walls and ceiling, and the whole place is now down to the bare studs. Walls and ceilings! Should make it much easier for us to tear down!

We are going to tear it down and sell the lumber, etc. I figured there is about $10,000 in salvage. The Port wanted to just tear it up with a trackhoe and haul it to the dump. WRONG!
