Hey all, Im just curious as to whats the best grease to throw in my gun for my drive line ? For lubing up the U-Joints and front end components. I have been using Lucas in the white tube its a extreme duty or hd grease for farming and heavy equipment. Just wondering if this is good to use on the U_Joints. Haven't greased them in a while and was going to tackle it this week. Just want to makes shure I'm using the right stuff.
currently using Mob 1 Synthetic, I used to use Ronex MP (Exxon) but it's tough to find now-days. Really just find one that lists the Ford spec on it and go. More important is "how you grease" than what you grease with as long as you are using a quality grease.
I got the red'n'tacky in my gun right now. Just put in, though, and have only gone through once. But its a lithium complex base grease so at the worst it should still be good enough.
