Mile Marker freewheeling hubs and original wheels with BFG All Terrain (33 x 10.5) tyres. I'm going to change these over to Goodyear Wrangler MT/R (33 x 12.5) when all else is done and get the wheels sand blasted and powder coated (probably black).
Did some more work on the wiring, have a couple of issues with the water in fuel sensor and one other wire on the engine loom I need to sort out.
Set up the aux battery solenoid and the other relays and fuses.
1. Loosen all injector lines at the injectors.
2. Fill fuel filter with ATF.
3. Prime using electric pump with schrader valve at filter open.
4. Turn engine over until fuel visible at all injectors (3 times to get all injectors about 15-20 seconds each time)
5. Tighten each injector line when there is fuel visible.
6. Start engine.
Still took a couple of goes for initial start.
Next day I started it again. No accelerator, no priming, started within three seconds, . Idled nicely, no hunting.
Happy camper, it's been bugging me if this engine would run once I connected it all up. So now I know it does.
Next up finish of the interior wiring. Then the brakes, clutch and the power steering so I can drive it (well in and out of the shed until I get the radiator back on).
Bloody hell ross where do ya live, not in Victoria im sitting here with a fire going whilst your just in shorts..
North Queensland. It's 30 - 35 here most days at the moment, still down to 10 - 15 overnight though, and the shed is in full sun from about 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon. This was about 3 in the afternoon.

Good work
Sure does. I'm glad it worked first time as I'd be really annoyed to have to chase problems. Although a lot of planning went in to the work as well.
blablabla - shorts and t-shirts. Nothing beats ruggin up around a warm fire and a glass of wild turkey. Oh and bloody great work Ross. I bet hearing that baby purr was a big relief.
