Arrow Project Wicked Bad *** !

As some of you know there was a thread posted before of my 'so-called' truck.

My computer was hacked left and right, things such as passwords, bank accounts, websites, even letters were sent to my boss saying I nailed his daughter... ... anways

Well here is the REAL thread that will follow the progress of my newly obtained truck.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Its name? Odie
Its color? Fresh Baby blue
Its purpose?

Heres my 1989 F150/250.
REBUILT 5.8L V8
Voodoo cams
Forged pistons
(coming soon) GT40 heads
Shorty Headers
4"suspension > (coming soon is a new 6" )
3" Body
35" Super Swamper SSRs & 33" BFG KM1
many many more to come =)

I traded my truck for my car- 1996 Subie Impreza wagon Swapped and slammed. I got it from another member on the forum actually!

The first day i got the truck i pulled the engine to examine. After finding a **** ton of hidden problems that werent stated by the seller, i fixed it all and even dropped in new forged pistons.

Then, i bought a push bar from a 1990 Bronco and sent it to get powder coated.

Things ordered; Waiting to come in==
Black out headlights,
Black out Tailights,
KC Daylighters,
9.3" Touch screen slide out Single din,
Speaker headliner from LMC truck
HID lights
Powder coated push bar
KC Daylighters

Stay tunded!

Yeah it was a whole fiasco of bull**** and what not. But me and the seller worked it out and we swapped titles.

Its nice, i beileve its a rough country lift, quad shocks up front with blocks in the back and torsion bars too. Its fine, i just need bigger !

Plus the lift was put on id say like 5 years ago so its showing wear.

I like the truck, especially with the clear corner lenses. Makes the nose of the truck a bit more modern.
I noticed a light at the back of the cab. Is that a bed light or third brake light?
I'd like to add a combo bed light third brake light to my 88.

Awesome truck but lift the front and rear bumpers! The gaps created from the body lift don't look good...

Once reported a post has to be dealt with.

Always have been partial to the 87-91's glad you got your situation sorted. Since it seems like she's already restored, what do you have in mind?

Tell me about it! Is there any write up on how..? or does anyone make new brackets? Ive looked at the front bumper and the bracket wont go up any higher so id need new bracketry or some alternative way.....

Indead! Im still deciding on what to do. Its going to be a piece by piece but some parts of the restoration were skipped..for example the "bed liner" was sprayed on the bed and the underside of the truck. However it was from a spray can and its all chipping off. I think i will get it professionally done.

Other then that, no major mods. Just gonna drive it and enjoy it!

I recommend line-x. But I also have a carpet as well if I'm really desperate and can't use my work truck. I'm a stickler for not scuffing it.

I use mine as a bed light. Simply turn the headlight **** to the left till it clicks and it turns on.

UPDATE

Started to price out new lift kits. Looks like ill be going with the BDS 6" Radius arm. The sad part- No way in gods green earth do i have that kinda dough laying around.....

so ill be buying piece by piece lol Itll take some time but eventually!

Also, i went 4x4in today for the first time. The truck did good! I went during hurricane sandy for added coolness i must add. However along the trails, i snapped the endlink off the sway bar and i noticed the bushings are bad on the steering links. Fixed soon!
