Scrap the one with damage, if it compromises safety.

You might find it easy to sell them one at a time on CL. It is common to need just one to replace a damaged wheel. Some guys might also want one to replace the plain steel spare with a matching OEM alloy.

Seems a shame to scrap them, but I do understand that sometimes you just need something gone, fast, done.

My question got ignored the first time around, and I was possibly interested in them.

After seeing the design, not-so-much. Was hoping for the '99 - '04 Lariat/Excursion type.

As it is, I already have four spare. Two with new tires, two just clean and bare.
