I am back in Ventura for today. Then its off to North Hollywood for 4 days of orientation. I plan on staying there for the 4 days, but we will see what happens.
I will be working a nice schedule 4 days on, 3 days off, then reversed 3 on 4 off. Not sure what kind of shifts I will be getting yet. They have 8, 10 and 12 hours shifts; that is pretty standard. The most common shift is the 12 hour, which is what I would prefer.

Unless things are delayed for a day, we're leaving for two days in Yosemite tomorrow morning.
"Maybe snow" is predicted. So much for it being "fall"!
Propane bottles are both topped-off, and I have battery power to spare.
Probably back Wednesday afternoon.

the weather is nice. and from the 7day forecast the weather next Friday Saturday and Sunday up at pismo beach will be nice. me and about 6 other people are heading up to Oceano Dunes SVRA for a nice 3 day trip. should be good weather for our most likely last trip of the year. then will start heading out for the Dezert Season to CalCity and Jawbone Cyn and Glamis!

Good job Trey, only 10,000 more day's to go.
Borrowed the wife's civic today (or rather she borrowed the 'scurge).
I contort my frame into the little car at the end of a long day and the little stinker wouldn't start.
2 hours later it's at the shop waiting for a diagnosis manana - wouldn't jump either. Guessin' it's starter time - we'll see.
