Heading thru middle TN on the way to Alabama about 6:30am
in December 2011




If you have ever travelled I 65 into or out of Alabama you will notice the "Rocket" Welcome center in this picture.

 

HEY, Welcome to Tide country. Your in my home town!!

 

Coming back thru the mountains from the old Run to the Rock Show in Chimney Rock, NC headed toward Tennessee. That is the Smokies off to the distant left.





Me and a couple of my friends from Music City F100 heading out of Chattanooga on I-75 to Atlanta for a show put on by Georgia Lo-riders at the old Ford Taurus Plant. This was maiden voyage for me in my 55. 560 miles round trip withOUT a hiccup.

Nice pics! Great to see these old pickups on the road and movin! Here's a few from my little trip to the beach fora huge car show in Ocean Park, WA. My buddy Phil and I teamed up for the trek out. His car is a '61 Chev Parklane all original w/283 and a powerglide. The other truck i follow is my uncle's '50 Chev pickup.

On way to a swap meet five miles from my house at 5:30am last Sunday.
