The screws that hold my window handles on, both have broken off inside the little post with teeth on the outside, i cant get them outt so i was thinkin i could take the posts out of a 78 f150 donor truck i have, but cant figure out how they come out, any ideas on how to get em outt?

The "posts" are an integral part of the regulator assy. and can't be separated. If you want to change the "post", you'll need to change the complete window regulator.

If you can't figure out how to take a door apart, just clamp a vise-grip on it...

no i dont want to do that, i put the handles back on when i need to roll the window up or down, its just kind of ghetto, and id liek to figure out how to get it back on, without glueing or jb welding it onto the post, if i do that then i wont be able to take them back off if i need to get to my speakers or door panels

With a small burr in a Dremel tool, work a slot into th center of the broken off screw. Spray kroil around the screw and wait a few minutes. you should be able to remove the screw with a flat blade driver.

"Kroil" made by Kano Labs, a super penetrating oil. PB Blaster is better than WD-40 but Kroil is superior to either.
