Was there oil in the plug when you unplugged it? That's a tell tail sign it needs to be replaced. Also, if it runs fine unplugged, then yes, I would replace it. Can't clean them.

As for the cam sensor, just leave it and keep the old one for a spare.

Yes, I ordered the new ICP Sensor online and installed it today. Works great.
