Help, striped oil pressure sensor....
Gauge for oil pressure on dash did not work when we got this 2005 F250 130K truck. Bought a sender for the gauge and pulled the bad one out as I unscrewed it it rocked as if it was not in all the way. It just came out threads and all. Not good. Now what? Sender has and o-ring on it so I guess its not NPT? Can it be drilled and hilli-coiled? Does this assemble come out easy? Whats the assemble called? Anyone have a Ford part number?
Thanks!

Day keeps getting better. Was pulling off the intake pipe to gain access to the oil pressure sender mount thing and found this!
Guess turbo coming out now. WTF? This day started out easy, now...
So how bad is it to remove the turbo? Can you buy just the wheel?

I would replace that turbo. Too much damage for me to trust it (ie imbalance is hard on bearings, looks like it is leaking oil, etc).

Boy you are having a HELL of a Day Sorrey man
Mark is right that bearing is probably toast Anyway thats probably why the Turbine hit the housing
you do have alot of oil there alot more than normal anyway
But I think you can get All those parts I know you can get a bearing But Turbine IDK for shure
as far as the helicoil not shure either but you may need a Oil Filter adapter Plate
I MIGHT have a part# for that one hang on
But if you have to change the whole oil filter adapter just as well do the oil cooler too as the intake manafold will have to come out

icantdo55 If you get rid of your damaged oil filter adapter I would be willing to buy it from you as I'm doing some R&D for a oil cooler pre-filter and I need a junked oil cooler with housing and oil filter housing adapter.

the problem isn't the wheel.
where are all the pieces that broke off?
the turbo is trashed.

I agree.
I bet if you looked in the hot side of the intercooler
you will find the parts down in the bottom.

If you plan on keeping your truck, i would recommend the power max turbo. They cost about the same as oem
