Uppipe is actually good, No leaks there, downpipe leaks, intake is sealed, zero pipe leaks, wastegate eliminated, turbo IP maxxed out, not sure on timing....Braden tried to pass me the other day and he was at 16-17psi and I was at 11 and we were damn near even....his was just a "lil smokey" and mine was just a haze LOL could I be out of fuel?

When someone installs an intercooler, should the wastegate's line be connected directly to the intake or is a simple adjustment of the rod a better idea?

91dirty, with my wastegate adjusted I can see over 15psi after the IC. What injectors are you running? I have Dps injectors. Maybe that might be the difference but who knows. Glad its running well though.

You have ats 093? When I had factory 093 on I could cruise uphill at 65 at 15psi...when I put on the upgrade turbine housing I can barely only come near that getting in it hard or loaded....I'm sure if I had the smaller housing I would see 15 as well. I might try that.

Here is what I mean: look at turbine housing

You are right. I didn't think about the factory housing spooling faster. I understand now. Haha

How's that cooler working?

Not to jack your thread, but has anyone used the 7.3psd IC with the plastic tanks?
I know it doesn't sound good but they make radiators with plastic tanks all the time even on the big trucks. I can pick one up for $75 locally, and I don't plan on running more boost than a stock pump motor can put out soo...

Rock the 6.0 IC... Its marginally better than the 7.3 one, and i doubt youll ever have enough boost to blow the tanks off... Thats 30-40+psi land...

Your just full of cool links ain't ya bud? Reps for you man.

6.0 IC looks doable. Might rig up a pressure tester and go check 'er out.
