Continue to ignore that question, 'cause after I turned the truck off an back on, the EOT started working again. Unfortunately, I have a new issue. The MAP (boost, really) read -0.4 with the engine off and the key on. I then just used the codes higher up in the list to finally get MAP to read 0.0 key on engine off. Now at idle, MAP reads 0.4-0.6. Should this also not be zero, or am I trying to get this thing to be too exact?

Do you have more than the SGII plugged
into the OBDII port? I found that made my
SGII unhappy and stalled the EOT. I had a Y cable
so I could have my Garmin ecoRoute™ HD

The 2 don't play well together. The Garmin works and the
SGII stalls.
One of the guys over at the 6.0 forum posted a very
good listing of the X-guage codes. If you want it PM me
your Email address and I will send you a copy.

It started working again and seems to be fine now. It sort of acted like a computer where you have to restart it after changes. I've added several more x-gauges since then and all seem to work. Any opinion on the boost question from above? Also, sending a PM.

I am curious as what kind of numbers GER is showing you. I set that up on my 6.4 and the numbers do not make sense to me.

1 is park, reverse, 1st gear and neutral. 2 and 3 are just that. There is no 4. 5 and 6 are 4th and 5th. No idea why this would be set up this way.

I don't know why yours reads 1st in P and N, but there's it's not showing 4th because there's a 4th gear ratio that the trans doesn't use most of the time.

Mine is an '03, and thus uses the older PMW (I think that's right) system. Would that explain the difference? Do I need a different code to make it work?

That makes slightly more sense that what I am seeing (numbers like 17, 18, 19). I am going to check (again) that I set it up right.
