Scan Gauge 2 questions & code information please

I have one on my 02 X PSD.
The water temp never moves from -40F and the CHT, cylinder head temp, does not have a reading on the scan gauge.
The water temp gauge on the dash does move.
The horsepower & trans temp on the scan gauge do work as do the rest of the diesel functions.
I have tried it on several other Fords/Acura/Nissan and it does show water temp.
The question is does a 7.3 have a cylinder head temp sensor and is there a 2nd water temp sensor for the ODB2 that the scan gauge is supposed to use?/maybe bad?
Also, besides the xgauge items listed by scan gauge, does anyone know of more to add?
Thanks
Bob

Doesn't look like it will read cyl. head or coolant temp and several other options on a PSD (at least not on my '00 or '01). Its only able to display parameters measured by PCM...

Haven't tried HP yet, that could be fun!
