The trick is to get the right terlet. TOTO is the worlds' pre-eminent toilet manufacturer. They invest huge sums of cash seeking out and hiring the best and brightest in the field of poop dynamics. These folks spend countless hours figuring out the most efficent way to seperate you from your waste with minimal fuss.
My particular TOTO uses just 1.1 gallons per flush and, let me tell you, if youre not careful it will siphon off the family jewels along with any volume of dumpage you can throw at it.
Which gets me to my point. This supersonic flushing action has the added benefit of keeping the bowl mint clean....an evening of beer and white castles is no match.
For those of you west of the Mississippi (I think), White Castles are little greasy sliders that have the unwelcome side effect of a complete colon cleansing every time you eat them. Best to order a dozen or so after your first fifth or case. No one in thier right mind would consume them otherwise. Capital DELICIOUS.
We have two Toto terlits--they should advertise "Toto: The fingernail saver!!" Gotta be careful in a small bathroom with the door closed--your ears will pop due to the pressure waves caused by that vacuum action...
them west coasties have no idear what they is missin out on with no white castles, no tayler ham and no scrapple.
I'll see your white castle, and raise you to a bean burrito. Match your tayler ham and up it with a chili relleno/jalapeno popper combo. As for your scrapple, a little habanero salsa might improve the results. All of these with beans and rice and beer of course.
Well back to the very first question that pops into my mind, are you planning on staying there for quite a while/forever to enjoy the benefits of your hard work and money spent?
I know you said you are buying the house so YOU are planning staying there....is the military planning on PCf'ing you any time soon? Are you scheduled for another rdeployment?
Before you dump alot of time and money, which you should have ton of with hazard/post/separation/tax exempt while over there.....unless you have a ton of bills to pay off...anyway.
Consider saving that money, until you are settled in your life and military travels (I waited till I retired to buy a home and build my shop) you might just make sure the house sale goes thru first and then put down the concrete.
Other wise YOU are $$ fixing up $$ your rental for YOUR landlord and I am sure he will appreciate that.
BTW the fibers are a great idea and are a non issue with a smooth finish and a good sealer, and with a concrete floor you should own a creeper with a padded head rest.
Yea I know saving $ sux, but in the end you will get what you want and have earned.
