A couple more pics of mine, no where near the spring but I have F350 blocks and no overload leaf. Did you loosen ALL the lower clamps yet? To finalize mine I had all the lower clamps (not the turbo to DP) loose and while lying under the exhaust, I pushed up on the system several times for all the pipes to equalize and seat. It all just balanced out on its own after that.
Your pic shows the rubber hanger isolator sitting sideways, it should be vertical. I say you still need to tweak the rear of the system. It will roll right into place when you get it right. I know you're frustrated but try it again.

Not all my hangers sit in the vertical position. But I wanted to have mine up a little more. It should be fine with a little tweaking

Here's where I got it from. I must have gotten lucky and bought it when it was on sale. Still the cheapest one I could find. Its $40 now plus shipping unless you can pick it up.
