A couple more pics of mine, no where near the spring but I have F350 blocks and no overload leaf. Did you loosen ALL the lower clamps yet? To finalize mine I had all the lower clamps (not the turbo to DP) loose and while lying under the exhaust, I pushed up on the system several times for all the pipes to equalize and seat. It all just balanced out on its own after that.

Here's where I got it from. I must have gotten lucky and bought it when it was on sale. Still the cheapest one I could find. Its $40 now plus shipping unless you can pick it up.
