fired the ol girl up and put her in drive... it works!!! fixed my issue. the first time i drove the ol girl i had to pull my dads ol ford home. so just 20 mph down the dirt rd. after leaving his house i was not impressed......
at 6psi my ic pipe blew out.. got home to find the clamp broke. so i put a new clamp on and havent went for a good test run yet...
i am very happy with the way the truck started and idles. it sounds alot better. before the reflash my edge would show the oil temp at 130 and the trans temp at 29 and it was about 90 outside. now it reads trans temp rite (i guess) it only showed 12.6 volts when idleing now it has 14.1, it also shifts waaaay better. alot smoother now..
i will get that test drive tomorrow sometime..

with my 60e flash how much can i tow and be safe?

after putting a few miles on the ol girl today i am impressed.. even with only making 10psi boost this ol girl will move pretty good..

i checked my 0 to 60 with my evo and it was 11.14
so after i put the o-ring that i forgot to put between the turbo and spider she should pick up a little more and make me smile even more

 

Personally I think you will be fine towing. I tow my 5'r in a 60 hp tune. I would however manually shift into 4th once your up to speed.
Someone will poopoo me, but I believe you'll be fine.
I'm not real sure about using the Edge tune on a flashed PCM, May want to ask Jody about that one first.

 

I don't run DP myself but I would think you can tow as much as you like. If you have an EGT gauge just keep it in the reasonable range and you should be fine. You probably want to call Jody to confirm.

I tow 26k in my 80p tune all the time. I keep temps in range with my right foot and sensible driving.

 

I agree. To the OP...you definitely need to check with DP before you try and use that Edge programmer.
