I have a 5" tip on mine, the tip rests about an inch below the body, just enough so it don't hit ,while the tip is an inch below the body the arch is straight up and down over the rear axle. Mine is a Magnaflow and not an MBRP but I would think the bends would be the same, looking at your pic,the top of the arch over the rear axle will be more towards the passenger side,if so just loosen the clamp that holds the last section and rotate the pipe towards the drivers side which will in turn cause the tip to rise..
Disregard the date, was off by years but this is what mine looked like before I adjusted them a bit, just a bit of tweeking, thats all it takes. I don't have any after pics but the angles are the same.
So i am looking at exhaust systems for my 02 in sig, i want the pipe to come out from under the body at the same angle as the oem exhaust, almost at a right angle to the body, so the question is does anybody make a 4" exhaust that looks like the oem pipe angle under the rear fender, i dont want a pipe that comes out from under the body at about a 45 degree angle.
So far i have looked at MBRP and Diamond Eye systems but it kinda hard to see the exit angle.
My 4" MBRP w/ 5"tip. I took some time adjusting it at the axle to get it right, a little there goes a long way a the tip. I wanted my tip high and tight, it's about an inch from the body and I made sure the body's paint wasn't getting hot at all.
