6.2 exhaust components
I’m looking to do some exhaust work on my 17 6.2. Was wondering if anyone can help by telling me what the two “cans” are that sit before the muffler in the exhaust pipe, and what the effect would be should they be removed. Thanks!

I am not sure but what I can offer is this vid where the guy did exhaust work on his. this is what i'm going to do and he makes a mention of taking out a resonator. figure you may be able to back into an answer from his comment replies.
