I honestly have no sweet clue, I acquired it second hand, it was built by a local Stanadyne shop by "the old guy that's been there forever" in the words of the previous owner.
What I do know is there is enough fuel there to push 18 psi out of a non gated banks from 2500 north and make the turbo very unhappy trying to operate well past its drive pressure below that... lol
I got my rotor back from the grinding shop today...
They honed the bore to about a 10ra (might even be finer), and it looks as good, if not better than a stock bore... As a machinist, this tells me one thing... The material is still hard enough to accept a decent finish by honing, and normally, the surface has to be fairly hard to get this sort of finish on it. Hopefully its hard enough to get a bit of longetivity out of it, we shall see.
Hard to tell from the pic, but its smooth enough, that I thought the bore was ****ed after I picked it up, all it was was a small drip of oil still on the surface, but the surface is so smooth, it looked like a bump... until I wiped it off.
Ever find out what failed on Kens higher output db2s?
Hard to find out what failed on someones pumps, when he lied about ever building pumps. Ken never built pumps... they were all lies. Including the turbo-cal and DB4, not kens creations.
Yep the plan they have is to offer a 120cc Db4 that actually will last and also plan to offer something really similar to the Dps Turbo Cal pump. From what I understood is that Ken would modify the Db4 unreliably and that is why they had a high failure rate. They know what he did and know how to make it work. They also will have the ability to sell higher volume Db4s but that will be on a case by case basis. It is extremely exciting to know that there will be a 120cc pump available and we will be able to make 300/600 a bit easier now...

Justin and I are working on a turbo-cal equivalent to offer.
You are understanding wrong about Ken modding pumps. Ken NEVER modded ANY pump. He had a builder do everything, and Ken tried to be deceiving, to put a hold on the market..... as well as commit fraud, and several other things.
