5.4-3v in a 2007 F-150 4x4, bought in 2009 at 24,ooo miles, is just past 81,000 this past Wednesday. Oil, oil filters, air filters, new plugs at 69,000, belt too. Quiet as a church mouse.

I saw one that finally gave up at 417,000 in a '06 a farmer had.

 

98 Expy, bought with 176k, new wheels, tires, shocks, po had done plugs, wires, brakes about 2k miles before I bought it, hoping to get another 176 out of it!

 

My '07 5.4 3v just rolled over 212k miles. I'm expecting for it to drop dead at any moment, lol. Still runs good. I honestly didn't think it'd make it this far, without something in the engine coming apart.

Just passed 200K miles a month ago.
Routine regular maintenance. Fluids & filters changed, plugs replaced twice. Spark plug boots replaced due to dry rot about a year ago.

Mostly driven on road, but frequently IS a truck. Fire wood hauling a couple times a year, on woods trails in hunting season, pulls jon boat several times a year, bed full of mulch a couple times a year, etc.
Repaired 4x4 hubs and solenoid back in the 44K range. No 4x4 issues since, and it gets used at least 20-30 times a year.
