They currently fasten down the seat belts, but they appear to be directly in line with the two rear outers.

It looks like getting my hands on one of these doohickies will go a long way in serving my purpose.

Confused on mounting

I have a regular cab seat pan and 40/20/40 seats with tracks but the center console doesn't line up. What is missing?

I'm guessing this is the type of center console intended for that pan.

Yes, it's exactly what I have in my truck with the factory seat tray. I also happen to have an extra I'm selling, as listed here...
