Yes, Corbeau seat brackets. I believe this is the one I used. https://corbeau.com/ford-f100-f350-o...-seat-bracket/ The top of the bracket is flat all the way across so it should be easy to make any additional bracketry that you need to make it work if it doesn't already line up.

That is probably right. I scrapped a brick nose and a 78/79 at the same time years ago.

My 86 Bronco XLT had the same console in it, and I've seen it in plenty of Bricknoses.

New owner of a '97 crew cab dually with 4sp auto and blue cloth interior, wanting to upgrade both rows to later model year black leather, ideally 40/20/40 front (though buckets and console not the end of the world) and 60/40 rear. Wife really wants 6 belts total. Husband wants wife to like interior, so Airstream national park summer can happen. I've read the first 60 posts on this thread, and will read the rest later tonight, but wanted to post my needs/goals in case someone can help me shop ebay more efficiently. Summary:
  • Not afraid of welding, drilling, fabricating, shimming, etc.
  • Seems budget up to $3k will get some later model year, good condition leather full crew cab set. Ebay has some good options.
  • Alternately, a dirty/beaten/torn/worn but functional and structurally sound set + KatzKin leather package might come in at similar total cost.
  • Prefer seat heat for driver and shotgun. Extra credit points for heat for 2nd row seats. Seat cooling a don't care.
  • Is there any compatibility between '97 bolt pattern and more recent years? If not, then custom fab, and so be it. But if you said for example "2013-2017 crew cab bolts up to '97 crew cab with minimal drama", I would narrow my search.
  • I've only been search Fx50 seat configs on ebay. Should I broaden to other [Ford] models such as Expedition, Explorer, etc.?
  • My 100% stock blue cloth config might be of interest to someone else. Any guidance on value?
Thanks to anyone who can guide me a bit!

The only seats that bolt on your truck are from 80-97 regular or crew cab. Anything newer and you will be modifying at some level

that's why he said this ^^, but yeah.

I know the '11-16 Lariat have black "leather" that are real comfortable. Though all the one I've seen/been around, have had the built in center console.

I have located a set of Katzkinz'd black leather seats with 40/20/40 front config from a 2011 F250 Super Duty, at a reasonable price that I'll be picking up tomorrow. Wish me luck on the surgery. I am torn between holding on to the original blue fabric benches (for any future owners who want to go back to original) versus finding a new home for a deserving '97. Any sense for value of benches in very good / excellent condition?

The going rate for seats is about whatever someone is willing to pay. eBay is full of over priced seats in good shape. I grabbed a bench seat that I would call excellent condition (including cupholder) from a local salvage yard for $40. That blue is a comparably rare color, probably worth a fair bit of money.

I got my king ranch seats for $375 out of a junkyard. Mine came out of an expedition and have required lots of surgery so far...

I still have the fronts to do which require more surgery. I recommend getting you seats out of a pickup instead!

Super Cab is the correct Ford way for what others call extended or extra cab.

a SUPER cab is just that.

The cab that bigger than a regular cab but smaller than a crew cab.

EXTENDED cab is a GM term that came out in 1988
SUPER cab was made by ford back in 1975

95 XLT SuperCab 40/20/40 buckets won't fit in my 95 XL supercab?

'95 XL, 5.0

'95 XL, 5.0 Split Bench

'95 XLT

'95 XLT 40/20/40 Buckets
Hello everyone!
I recently acquired a 95 F-150 XL 5.0 supercab on trade, and the seats are completely ruined. I went and bought some 40/20/40 Bucket Seats (with the lumbar bladders, no power slide) that came out of a '95 F-150 XLT supercab. Now, I figured I'd have to drill new holes for the inner 4 bolts (for the inside of both seats and the center console) however, once i took my bench seat out and put the buckets in, I discovered that the mounting brackets for the bench are several inches longer than the buckets'. What's the best way to go about this?
(White Truck is mine, black is the XLT)

@Jacob611 I'm in the same situation: 92 supercab with that same bench seat. Until last night when I looked under my truck and confirmed that there are no pre-drilled holes on either side of the tunnel, for fastening what I'll call inner bracketry (front side) to the floor, I was under the impression that any front seat configuration was swappable (direct bolt-in) between the 9th gen bronco and supercab. Now I'm not so sure.

What I have confirmed is that I have a total of 6 existing holes: 2 to fasten the front outer corners of the seat bracket/pan, 2 to fasten the rear outer corners of the seat bracket/pan, and 2 (also rear side) for anchoring seat belts.

you would have to drill those holes. I’m kind surprised you have the 2 inner rear holes.
