I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Today I received excellent customer service and information from Clay at Riffraff Diesel. He was very helpful and timely via email while I was trying to make plans for a project. I just wanted share a positive experience, because there are so many companies out there that dont care!

Reason: Vendors name spelled wrong
I just talked to clay for a while before, he really is a hell of a nice guy. I know I haven't spent nearly as much money with him then a lot of other people have, but he still cares.
Yep, I try to buy all my swag from Clay... He has everything you need anyway, might as well holla his way when you need something. Plus he has cool stickers to put on my EX so everyone knows it ain't a gasser in case they're deaf.
Granted I am new here, and only made one purchase with Clay at RiffRaff Diesel but I can't say enough, he is very honest and doesn't try and sell you more than you need.
Absolutely worthless, unreliable, pathetic excuse for a...oh wait...I thought you were talking about the US Postal Service. Riffraff (Clay) is first rate though he is in Oregon (the west side even)!

I have to agree Clay is one heck of a guy. I too am new here and have probably not spent nearly what others have but I recently placed an order with Riffraff and I too had questions and he was quick to answer them. By the way clay the tools are in the mail back to you. They worked great and could not imagine doing the cup R&R without them. Thanks a bunch again.

Haha hope you got the new ones where you don't have to remove the rockers... Nice work..
I have to admit he's got the most integrity of any vendor in the business! There are so many times when I call him with a question on my truck where he could just simply take me for all I'm worth, but that's not what he does. Even though he has an opportunity to sell me on something, he always resorts to helping me resolve things logically for me rather than making a sale. He will give the the best advice, even if that means he persuades me that something he sells is not my best option.
A true friend. He's honest and trustworthy. Hard traits to find among people in this world today! Did I mention he's got the patience of a saint?
