    At one point I had a cracked line from the manifold to the MAP sensor, but it caused overall poor performance. The shuddering problem I had was worn injectors.

    I didn't, but have narrowed it to the 40hp tow tune. The 60hp one doesn't do it, at least nearly as badly, so I think DP is clipping the ICP in the 40t.

    I'll keep you updated, and will probably pick your brain too again if you dont mind. I'm already into this about 3,500 bucks from seats/carpet/door trim/switches/window regs/lock actuators. So may as well keep pluggin along.
