It was a lot of fun. Now I need to get parts and get my sled back together. I will have to call my guy tomorrow and see if he can locate me a suspension. Will a Xtra 10 fit with my track or do I need to get a 8"?

I think we decided that the 10 would fit with slight modifications?
Your track wouldn't be an issue Cory. What I don't know is are there different versions of the xtra 10 or do they all mount the same? Hopefully your parts guy can answer that.
I got the engine back in the sled and almost everything hooked back up. Going to bleed the cooling system overnight to get all the air out and work on the carbs.

Xtra 10 will work with your track Cory.

It will fit, with slight modifications. You need to move the location of the rear bolts ahead about 2". The front bolts are close, about 3/8" of an inch too far back. But, using them as a reference, you can drill the rear holes to match these dimensions
That seems like a fair price for the skid if it is complete and the shocks are good. Can't hurt to offer less though.
