I'm leaning towards the turbo too. My mpg has been slowly dropping over the past year and I'm averaging 2mpg less per tank now. When I put my foot in it, you don't hear it whistle like you did before. I figured it was just leaky up pipes, but this all fits into place now. Looks like Clay's getting even more money from me! Will this kit cover everything I need to do a rebuild? Riffraff Diesel: Garrett GTP38 Journal Bearing Rebuild Kit or do I need to get the compressor housing O ring and turbo reinstall kit listed on the page too? I have Guzzle's Mechanics Part Cabinet kit already.

Ok, so I finally got a chance to check the turbo. No in/out play, but there's a little side to side play. I've also noticed that the haze coming from the exhaust when I pull out is getting a little more noticeable so I'm gonna get a kit from Clay and hopefully solve the problem.
