No Clevelands ever installed in trucks so there are no apps. You will have to do as suggested and make something work. It could bolt up but hit something 6-8 inches away because it was made for a car.
The Cleveland uses a std small block bellhousing, the M's used a different pattern and aren't interchangeable.
Since 73-up trucks came with M's and the heads are basically the same, the header should bolt to your Cleveland motor. It "should" fit your earlier chassis? No guarantees!!

Believe 77 was the first year for the 351/400M. The FE 360/390 was used through 76.
Getting a M or C to fit the truck isn't much of a challenge, headers for a C in a truck could be. Head bolt patterns for the exhaust can be doable. The struggle can be getting the tubing to get down & out.
You can probable figure it out with with a torch & a big hammer.

No clevelands were installed in trucks sold in the USA. Aussie trucks did get true clevelands into the 80's.
Not that it makes much difference.
However, as said, 351M/400 headers will bolt to most cleveland heads, though there could be a few oddballs in the cleveland world.
