UPPER/LOWER BALL JOINTS REMOVAL?

Is it possible to remove the ball joints and replace them with new ones without buying the whole arm assembly?
Those things looked pressed in to the point that it can't be pressed out.
I know I can buy the new assy but why not keep my oem parts?

lower ***** press out. You can buy MOOG for about $40. each. Upper ***** come with the complete arm, under $100. each. Can not be pressed out- cast in.
