I had the same issue with my '99. I referred to my Haynes manual to compare the wiring color going to the lock switches in the driver side door since it's very easy to pop that panel out to take a look. The color for the wiring was different depending on whether you had keyless or not. I had it confirmed when I sent an email to Ford. They called me a day or two later and read off build sheet for me. They also sent one in the mail a few days later so I knew exactly what my truck had when it left the factory.

Other than that though, I don't know of anyway to quickly check to see if you have keyless entry or not. Maybe somone will chime in with an easy way to tell.
Follow the key fob programming steps in the Owner's Manual. If the truck goes into programming mode (locks cycle), then you have keyless entry. Just remember you have to follow the steps exactly.

Well that seems obvious now, why didn't I think of that now, or on my own truck for that matter?
