Power door lock problems
I have a Valet 711t keyless entry installed in my vehicle. It was installed by a professional shop in 2002 and I was told when I bought the truck it has been touchy since new. Now the keyless entry will not lock/unlock the doors nor will the factory switches. I followed the wiring and it looks like it is tapped into the wiring somewher in the drivers door. It also stated something new. The relays within the keyless entry controller started clicking all by themselves which started flashing the lights and killing the battery, but will not function for anything else. I removed the unit today and put the factory wiring back together, but still no power door locks from either side....Looking for answers?
