Power Door Locks Inoperable

Power Door Locks Inoperable

All 4 door locks are totally inoperable. All fuses appear to be intact. This started by partial failure: would lock but not unlock, one side would work but not the other, now nothing.

Does anyone have any idea before I take it to the dealer?

Is it equipped with keyless entry?

I bought it used and it did not come with a keyless fob, so I'm not sure.

The Remote Keyless Entry Module is located behind LH side of the instrument panel.

Take a look and see if the module is there.

I have heard of the remotes causing problems and I have experienced age creating issues as well.

Here is a simple diagram of the circuit at the lock and then a thread that describes what happens with age to the lock circuit at the motor.
