LOL! i did this mod last fall....Right after i bought my truck. I went out, bought the plug, spent an hour or so installing it. Looked awesome! Went to hook up my block heater....dang truck was from the south....Didnt have a heater! So now i'll install a block heater!

It probably has the block heater, just not the cord from it. It's a pretty generic cord, available at NAPA.
