Block Heater Bumper Plug Mod
Got around to doing this Friday in prep for winter. I know several have done this "mod" but though I would post a couple of pics for those who have not seen it. Thanks to tjbeggs for the write up I followed.

I still need to find three SS screws and nuts to anchor the plug....

You can get by without the screws if you want to ..
I had to "mod " my marinco mod . The flapper broke off . I used part of an out door receptacle cover

Actually, Rick, I like that better...
one thing I have noticed with the Marinco Plug is the plug cap itself doesn't stay plugged. :/

I noticed that too.. This one has a spring loaded detent that keeps it open or closed ..

I did this to mine last year.... Planning to add one to rear bumper too before cold weather. This way I can back in or pull in and still hook er up.
