Some one either here, at PSN, or another site I was on used both on his Electric Fuel Conversion. I believe they wired the electric fuel pump to a bypass switch @ the pump so it could be ON w/o the truck running, used the oil PSI switch to activate the pump in the run/start position so once min PSI was met the pump turned on & truck started, and installed the Inertia Switch under the hood & wired it after the oil PSI switch (closer to the pump). I don't remember why they wanted the bypass switch, maybe to draw from an Aux tank to fill a stock tank IDK. The other 2 were wired so truck couldn't start/run w/o oil PSI and would kill motor if accident occured.

With your manual trans you can put in either and the truck will shut off during an accident unless you are conscientous enough to hit the clutch or jerk it into neutral.

Looky there. You got yourself a cali truck.

If it was me, I'd mount the filters and pump along the frame rail and get them away from the driveshaft. Looking good so far though.

Also, my system has an oil pressure switch and an inertia switch. You don't need the oil pressure switch though.

That's what I was goin to do originally but those 2 1" hydraulic hoses kinda jammed things up a bit. Just taking her one step @ a time. There were 2 plugs on the side of the fuel bowl. What r they for, do I need them??

You don't need anything that was in the stock fuel bowl. Actually you can take the fuel bowl harness and cut all the unnecessary connectors out of it if you want to clean that area up a little. That way you won't have all those unused connectors laying around. Just make sure you leave the IPR plug in there.

Here is the fuel bowl harness after deleting the unused connectors

Also, here's a pic of my fuel lines in the valley. You can do this in several different ways. You can either split the supply to the rear of the heads and then return out the front of the heads to the regulator, or you can route it like mine is. The supply goes to the back of the driver side head, crosses over from the front driver side, to the front passenger side, then returns out the back passenger to the regulator.

As you can see in the pic, the metal line that sticks up towards the hood, is the return line. The line that is pointing towards the middle of the valley is supply.
