Cummins 12v ZF6 Excursion
Hello
New here. Getting close to finishing my swap. I have a 2001 Excursion V10 XLT 4x4. It now has a Cummins 12 valve, Southbend dual disc clutch, ZF 6 speed, and manual t/case.
Installed exhaust today and took it for first test drive
WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Still have a few details to take care of. A/C hose, cruise control, interior(had to replace trans tunnel), etc.

The Excursions were all automatic transmissions.
I removed the V10 and automatic. Then installed a 12v Cummins and ZF6 from a F350 diesel.
The bell housing adapter came from Destroked.
By the way, ZF6 wouldn't fit without replacing the tunnel from a truck that had a ZF6.
Clutch pedal and hydraulics bolted right up
