That dent in the bed looks like it might have been put there by the trailer.

Did ya walk through the tunnel? I recall walking through the many tunnels on the San Diego & Arizona Eastern Railroad in high school with the scouts. We went from Jacumba to Ocotillo, CA in a long day. I remember a very long tunnel but not the goat canyon trestle.

I'm laying baseboard today, so I spread Kraft over the new hardwood floor. Dear wife stuck her head in and asked, "is that to protect the floor?"

Apparently that's what you're supposed to do. I'm still learning the rules.

Sean, at the Pasadena Model Railroad Club, over in So. Pasadena (or Alhambra), there is at least one scale model of the Goat Canyon trestle, and (I'm not real sure, it's been a few years) maybe two (in a different scale).

They have a couple of open house weekends a year, and the next one this year is in early November. If the kids are into this kind of thing (or YOU are), this is a truly world-class model train layout.

Goodmorning S. Cal & friends.

I hope everyone is enjoying the Labor Day weekend!

I was hoping to go to Tahoe today for my birthday, but after getting bucked off my horse yesterday, I'm content with sitting on my *** with ice packs & having a few Patron shooters!

Happy Birthday to everyone with Sept. birthdays

Patrón shooters are a great way to help you celebrate!

Quality, not quantity.
