I dunno whatzup - I just got back from one of my piddly short bike rides and I wonder too.
I yakked to him by phone the other day... Matter of fact he was sounding great.
But he's chasing the long fast rides. I'm happy because I can finally halfway zip along the 2-3 mile circuit I spin on my trail bike without losing much to hills. It's taken about a month but the difference is noticeable.
Literally the difference between "I don't think this was a smart idea" and "I wonder how fast I can do it?" after just 3 and a half weeks.
TWO weeks ago I had a knee that was killin' me
Tomorrow is being billed as a scorcher by MWN - EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING IN EFFECT and an estimate of 100 degrees tuesday - upper nineties for wednesday.
