Those are called "snoods" in the dog show world.
They put them over a long-eared dog's head, with their muzzle and eyes out the other end, and it allows the dogs to eat and drink without dipping their ears into the food or water. They use them at dog shows after grooming them, and it keeps them clean for the show ring. See:

I've seen the special water bowls, but I'd never heard of a "snood" until right now.

Hey everybody, hey Steve. I'm having problems with a 99 diesel van. It had a bad battery, yes the one in the bottom... I replaced that and now it cranks good just no start. I checked all the fuses and switched around the relays but still nothing. Any other suggestions?
