Those slab leaks are the worst. I opened up the wall and had a plumber bypass that section $$. No more warm sections in the floor. Wonder how long that hot water's been leaking? Next life I'm comin' back as a plumber.

Geez, I wonder how badly that tub is scratched? Ya know, a demo liner is only a few bucks.

It's the guys bathroom. Tub Traction is a good thing .

Or take my approach and use it as an excuse to put in a real shower.

Steve, you got me thinking! (not unusual)

I think I will put one of these in front of my house.


Now, before you scoff, think about it. It can't be against the law to simply put one in your yard, as long as you don't put any enforcement impersonation signs on it. People won't want to park in front of it, and if they do you can collect the tolls. I see that as a win-win for me. It even looks rather nice.

Only problem is, the parkway is city property...you'd have to put it inside of the sidewalk.

Pour a 4'x4' concrete slab in your lawn connected to the sidewalk. It will blend well.
