gauges

can somebody tell me how to hook up a boost gauge. i have a pyro gauge i know it is hooked up on the side of the turbo. but how do you hook up a boost gauge

Yaa, your turbo may have a location for the pressure line. Let us know which one you have.

Generally they are installed in the pressure chamber (the piece between the turbo compressor and the intake). If you want a new install, drill and tap the chamber for a small brass NPT to compression fitting. The air line to the boost guage should run from there.
Don't do it on the engine, obviously (wash the metal filings carefully out of the chamber before re-installing)

There may be a pipe plug in the intake snail. Thats the way my hypermax is set up, so it's a place to start.

you might wanna relocate your pyro gauge bud for better results to your exhaust manifold ( just my $0.02)and like the hypermax, the ats 093 series has a port for you to screw in the brass fitting as well it is right to the right and towards the front of the center bolt that hold the intake hat to the intake itself

It has a square head on it and looks like a plug right in the middle of the flat spot on the snail take that plug out and hook it up

yep its 1/8" npt so get the appropriate fitting or the kit might come with it.
