Not to get any further off topic, Dennis, but I started up a thread on my mobile install here <- click

I have more work to do, but this may give you some ideas. Good luck with it.

Keep us posted on the transmission issues too. I would be curious as to the outcome.

My shifting isn't too irritating, in fact I think it is a relationship between my input on the drive-by-wire accelerator petal more than anything. As to the occasional sputter, I'm not sure what to make of that, its not a "problem" yet.

Right....I would give you my information, like I would trade my 2011 for another 2011,
6.7 sure LOL. some on here have my info, to get you involved after all your comments on my problems and screw up my warranty issues, never happen.

After talking with the Tech last night, there is no visible damage inside the tranny. He did note slight burnt odor of the fluid which I did also detect. The plan now is to replace the high gear parts and the valve body. Just as an FYI, I was a Ford tech many years ago and after 15 years decided to change fields.

yeah...why would you give the information to a well respected Ford dealership technician who can immediately tell if the problems you incessantly complain about have been properly diagnosed and the correct remedial procedures implemented? That would ruin all your fun...the truck would get fixed and you would have to stop piling on every thread with your anti 6.7 rhetoric...

Regards

Did you really think he would change his mind? The veracity of his attacks on the 6.7 and the failure to investigate the quality of the dealership service department(s) he has used leads me to question the validity of his claims. Sending the VIN to you privately can only provide 2 results. One is solutions to his problem. The other is the exposure of the real motives behind his stated positions...or lack thereof

Either way, he would lose his pulpit...

And, I don't see how his help would "screw up my warranty issues". Seems it would do nothing but help you with the problems you are experiencing.

...exactly...but if the problems, if they even exist, would be resolved. That will silence his complaints...

The solutions to both "issues" that some here have insisted are pandemic have been widely available for almost 2 months. The proper application of these remedies has been very successful in ending the complaints.

I guess some just like to complain instead of getting the truck fixed...

Misery loves company is not a popular cliche for no reason.
