...ug...today we have more fires, people all over this country flooding and the rest being blown away.... or burning....seems a bit of a bad year for weather ..say a prayer and have a safe day !
Geez. Hang in there Tim! We're lucky out here. I saw a "Severe Weather Alert" for my area and after clicking on it learned that it might rain tomorrow. I guess rain is considered "Severe Weather" in CA this time of year!
It's Monday & the beginning of a new week. Let's hope it goes by smooth & quick.
When I mention that I hope a period of time goes by quick, the wife says, "it's not good to wish your life away"...
Hmmm, boy that's sure some food for thought eh?
But I agree with you there, I can hardly wait for the weekend to come again too.
We seem to be in some very turbulent times in our weather…we have many members of FTE who have lost homes, businesses and their livelihood to water, many who are in extreme drought conditions and now we have fire ravaging the southwest.
Yesterday Los Alamos New Mexico (where I grew up and my family is) was evacuated .....18k people gone because of a fire that has grown 50 thousands acres in just 20 hours
…. It was just 11 years ago we lost 400 homes in Los Alamos to the Cerro Grande Fire that fire was only 48 thousand acres…it took a month to get that big….this Las Conchas Fire is extremely fast
.....Take a moment today and pray not just for fire victims but for all victims,….. During a very turbulent time in America with Mother Nature
Good morning my FTE buddies!
Whew....monday is over, was a tough one, as everything went wrong......
But thanks Goodness the good Lord gives "do overs", as today is here.
Have a great day my friends!

Yesterday's ecxitement was at work. I loaded up a lightboard trailer(the ones that have the flashing arrow). I turned around just fine, but when I pulled across the street I hit a bump. The triler popped off the hitch(I swear I latched it), and did a nose dive into the street...people honking all over the place as it was dumping about 50 cones, and flipping back on its butt. As I got across the street the trailer flipped on its side and got pretty bent up. Good thing my truck had the means to pull it back upright. Surprising, everything still works.

Damn, that is scary. It is always those little things that trip me up.
