So thus far I can tell em to jam the air hose and the compressor (I got the ARB). less box's = less freight.

Nah get their compressor (its the 7600 on their website 3/4hp 4cfm),it blows ARB's out the window,it all set up with the air engine, the whole setup is $699 compared to ARB HALF size compressor for $ 350 the 7600 is the same price and twice the size .

Its just their hoses and fittings that suck goats u know what.

That black hose you can see is that fekkin stiff it hardly bends, the 1/2" hydraulic hose and straight through fittings will work a charm and be bullet proof, cuz thats what we need bruvva,no crap blowing off whilst we way up woop woop .

Good work Bryan. Yes, more pics as you go. Can't wait for Lyn's report on the plushness of the ride when you do the road test!

Maybe the ride will be so good you'll be able to use your truck for bulk egg deliveries

Looking good
The steel gauge they use for the air-bag brackets off the chassis is particularly nice!

Are you going to set it up for air-tools too? My last tree-fiddy had that, was great when you had a flat and could rattle gun the wheel on/off in a minute.

Could the compressor fit underneath the back seat?

I have a airline coming out either side at the rear of the steps.

Not enough room plus the mrs would whine about the noise, not wrth the headache.

how much lift u reckon with 120lbs of air. I already have the ARB compressor installed in the back. You reckon its got enuf oommff to handle the bags.

I also like the look of this

Riffraff Diesel: One Up Offroad Traction Block & Traction Bar
120lbs max's the bags out full lift, the ARB will be fine,it might struggle if you were **** farting around lifting the bags up and down,up and down, but we wont be doing that, so all ya need is the air engine and the control switches/air pressure guages.
1/2" 3-Position 300psi , 15mm (5/8") Orifice 160watt coil, 300psi 8-Cyl Air-Engine Manifold Valve - With all options: Bag Checkvalve, Speed up/down controller, Compression Fittings, Wire Harness, Muffler, Dual Gauges.

That traction bar/lift block is top idead.

Started on the **** end

Ok all that is out

Took the top off the rivets with the grinder, but do you reckon the front spring hanger would come off,no fekkin way,so i got the ol trusty gas axe out, that moved it,also i had to blow the bracket off that holds the handbrake cable's,im going to have to weld that back on somewhere, most likely on the side of this control bracket..

Slowly coming together..

When i put on all the airlines on for the front bags,i could'nt get the connections from leaking,so i sent airbagit a email saying their fittings suck,so i went down and my enzed hydraulic hose man, showed him my fittings told him they were leaking and i wanted hydraulic hose/fittings made up,and he said you dont need that you just need these

they go in side the airline then you put the fitting on and then the olive/ferrell,so i sent airbagit another email saying that their product is good but the people who pack the kit are a bunch of morons and could you please go and tell them to get their **** together,so they have asured me that it wont happen again..
also had to wait for 4 of these

Sick of doing this waiting for the parts i need, should of been back on the road a week ago ...

Are the pleasures of dealing with somebody 7000kms away. Thats the exact same scenario I try to stress to Clay. Have to think of every contingency regarding any install. Cause if some thing aint right we cant run up to Wallmart and get it sorted. Any way m8 thanks for the pics, if anything you may be helping out another bruva who may consider doing this. (like me). May the god of easy wrenching be shining on you.

Rear of the rear axle passenger side

Drivers side rear axle

The passenger side control arm bracket was a pain, had move the fuel tank away from the chassis so i could tighten the bolts up,even to put the nuts on the bolts was annoying, fuel lines and electric wires in the way all fastened to the chassis.

Almost done

Did you get a good pic of that axle code sticker before you covered it up. Never know you might need that info at a later date.

HMMM no i didnt..

I had to go get shorter bolts for the brackets that go around the rear axle, idiots set 9" bolts instead of 8" bolts, and also diff housing bolts, the ones they sent were too short, but thats not their fault,i have an after market diff housing..

Last BIG job was the rear panhard bar

Also had to drill holes for the brake line bracket, not a biggie but still had to be done..

Just gotta chuck the wheels and shocks back on,hopefully the procomp's i have will do the job till my new procomps get here.
