Wow, that is a HUGE amount of hardware - especially when compared to what you're going to take off!

ATM I'm going to settle for taking a couple of leaves out and setting my bag pressures manually. Seeing your shots of a room full of hardware lends me to thinking that I will be happy just doing that!

Still your set up will be impressive to see once you've got all that stuff fitted!

$1000 for personal imports then the GST kicks in.

Maybe DON'T powder coat it. Take it somewhere and get it all galvanised. That way the coating wont get chipped off as easy. All that metal would look good galvanised!

Mentioned powder coating too you know who (now remember this kit has cost her nearly $5000) and she said *in a raised voice* how much is that gunna cost NOW..

* whilst trembling* i said dont worry darling i'll go buy some chassis black and paint the parts in that..

Now STFU cuz i barely just got away with my life...

Was going to say chrome plate all the metal pieces but figured galvanising would be a bit more cost effective!

I see the Pitman arm sitting there all innocently between the sorted piles of trailing arms.

What do the aussie conversion houses do here. Surely you can modify the Pitman arm to get it to fit the RHD conversion - presumably you'll need two of them and also have to make up a connecting rod.

the pitman arm on the driver side should be fine. as with the connecting rod to the original LHD steering pump. Im sure I saw a castle nut where the connecting rod joins the LHD pitman arm. So me thinks it will be a matter of drilling out the supplied pitman arm just below where it mounts the pump spindle.

Should of left it all in the boxes and waited till i moved to QLD when i had plenty of time to do this and had no need for my truck..

Went and seen my local panel beater, asked besides powder coating it all(yes i know that would be the go) what else could i do,he told me to go buy some K&H chassis black,so i spent ALL day making a rack to hang ALL parts, then washed ALL the parts and then painted ALL parts with 4 coats of chassis black...
An ALL farking day episode, they all come up nice, all glossy black..

Once i settle down in QLD (and get away from the earthmoving) i'll go nuts on the truck and then take all the suspension off and get it done in something nice,i wonder how it would look chrome simon ????.
